How the site works, can't find a section, want to make a suggestion — use the form above for these. You can also just come to the chat and ask; answers are usually faster there.
Join the chatCan't sign in, password reset email never arrived, a page won't load, webchat won't connect. Mention which browser and device you use, and include the exact error message if there is one — it gets solved much faster.
Help centerNick expiry, channel access, ban appeals and anything chat-related. You can message the staff directly on IRC; for account matters the NickServ commands also do the job.
Nick registration and NickServHarassment, threats, spam, copyright or illegal content reports. These reports are read with priority. If possible include a screenshot, the nick and the time — it makes the review much faster.
Site rules⚠ Messages from the form are read on business days; abuse reports are reviewed first regardless of the queue. For an urgent security issue, also alert the staff in the chat.
