TerrSet liberaGIS

This release contains the latest version of TerrSet liberaGIS (v20.05). You can download the setup file at the bottom of this section (in Assets). Microsoft Access Database Engine is also included for download in case you need the Microsoft Distributables for Database Workshop or the SHAPEIDR Shape file import module (usually needed if you don't have MS Office installed on your computer). Fixed / Added: Changes in TerrSet liberaGIS v20.05: - UDef-A - Added a tutorial exercise for UDef-A. - Correlate, Chaincluster, Contract, HarmonicRegression, NDVIComp, Scren, TCor, TFillHarmonic - Fixed a bug where these modules would give an error (usually saying the .rgf file was not found) if there was a period (".") in a folder name within the path. - The parsing of the .rgf filename was not handling periods in folder names correctly, preventing the .rgf file from being found. - Correlate - Fixed checkparams for the case where a path contains a period and an AVL file is used. - Previously, this situation would cause an "error in command line" message. - UDef-A - Added error checking to ensure that the maximum number of administrative divisions is <= 999. - CROSSTAB - Internal change only (not noticeable to users): - HTML output is now created without the use of JavaScript, making it easier to parse with BeautifulSoup. - UDef-A - Fixed a bug where, if the administrative divisions image (municipalities) had a legend, that legend was being propagated to the output fitted density images and output modeling region images. - This created invalid output files because the resulting images were real-valued (or integer images with values beyond 256) binary images with legends that did not correspond to the actual image values. - Querying the fitted density image could therefore produce an error stating that the value was not a valid integer value. - UDef-A - Fixed a bug in setting the area tolerance for selection of evaluation grid cells. - Because of pixel resolution constraints, the closest realizable cell size may differ slightly from the requested size. - The system now selects cells that are within 1% of the closest realizable cell size, rather than the originally requested size. - UDef-A - Added the ability to specify an exclusion mask in the UDef-Prep panel. - UDef-A - Added an alternative model option to the UDef-Batch panel. - UDef-A - Fixed a bug where, when an excluded areas mask was included, the CombinedDeforestation image was not masking the excluded areas. - Previously, excluded areas were incorrectly assigned a value of 4 (stable non-forest). - UDef-A - Added new plot output features, including: - HTML report output - Additional evaluation metrics: - MAE - MAE_percent - IoU - agreement - difference - Metrics are now saved to a .txt file alongside the existing PNG output. - Added generation of an interactive Plotly HTML scatter plot containing: - OLS line - Theil–Sen line - 1:1 reference line - Hover information including: - Cell ID - Agreement - Difference - Point IDs are now included for hover/populated customdata support.
