Adnan Biricik is an actor and voice actor who was born on June 9, 1959 in Istanbul. After completing his primary education in his city, he moved to Ankara to continue his undergraduate education. He graduated from the State Conservatory Theater Department in 1978, and during this period, he took lessons from important names such as Cüneyt Gökçer, Yıldırım Önal, Cihan Ünal and Mahir Canova.
Immediately after his graduation, he joined the newly established Istanbul State Theatre, served as an artist and was actively involved in the establishment of the theatre. He won many awards throughout his career, and in addition to performing arts, he learned vocal techniques from masters such as Pekcan Koşar and Saadettin Erbil.
In this way, he has worked in a wide range of fields such as radio theatre, voice-over, television and cinema; He is especially known for providing the voice of the character Garfield. Today, he still continues to perform at the Istanbul State Theatre.
Biricik, who frequently made a name for herself on the theater stage, appeared on stage in the Shakespeare play "Heroes and Clowns" in 2022, and took part in Behiç Ak's production called "İki Çarpı İki" in 2010. He also performed in works such as Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar's "Time Regulation Institute" (2008), Melih Cevdet Anday's "Ölümsüzler" (2006) and Raşit Çelikezer's "Parking Cinayetleri" (2004).
