Hacı Pasha's works cover both medical and religious sciences. The most well-known of these is the comprehensive medical book Şifâü'l-eskām ve devâü'l-âlâm, which he wrote in Arabic on behalf of İsa Bey in Ayasluğ in 1381. Among Turkish medical works, Müntahab-ı Şifâ and Teshîl stand out; These are considered among the first medical books written in Turkish in Anatolia.
