Cemal Can Canseven was born on May 25, 1995, in Foรงa district of Izmir, as the son of Rukiye and ฤฐrfan Canseven. His father is an immigrant from Thessaloniki and his mother is of Rize origin. He takes his name from his grandfather Cemal and his surname from the nickname "Can", which he chose inspired by his father's passion for Fenerbahรงe.
Completing his primary education at Maviลehir Primary School in Izmir, the young man took on the duties of goalkeeper and captain at Fenerbahรงe Sports Club's Foรงa infrastructure football school between the ages of 10 and 14.
After high school, Canseven settled in Istanbul Yeditepe University Advertising Design and Communication department in 2013 and also started modeling. With the suggestion of his friend, he received training at Istanbul DJ Academy, obtained a DJ certificate and began to deal with music professionally. Cemal, who stepped into television with Cappy and Cornetto commercials in 2020, participated in the Survivor Tรผrkiye competition in the same year, won the admiration of the audience and crowned himself the champion, and rapidly increased his number of followers on social media.
In the period after the competition, Canseven appeared on the cover of InStyle Men Turkey's October issue, and then appeared in magazines such as Based Istanbul and Cap 74024. The partnership, which started with the promotion of bags by collaborating with the brand thanks to a DM from Valentino during his trip to America, continued with events such as participating in two fashion shows at Paris Fashion Week and launching the Valentino Beauty perfume in Rome; The reels he shot for the Voce Viva perfume, of which LadyGaga is also the face, made a big impact.
Cemal, who played the leading role in Exxen's youth-musical series "That's My Tale" in 2021, started his music career by taking his vocal training from Meltem Taลkฤฑran in the same year. On March 25, 2021, he released his song "Kahraman", written by Sinan Akรงฤฑl, arranged by Mustafa Ceceli and produced by Samsun Demir.
The song ranked 12th in the Apple Music Top 100, 4th in the Top: Turkish Pop list, 21st in the Today's hits list, and first in the Fizy most shared song list. It reached 1.4 million views on YouTube within 24 hours and rose to 28th place in the Worldwide list.
Continuing to actively produce content in 2023, Canseven registered his success in the social media world by winning the "Best Male Influencer" award at the 47th Altฤฑn Kelebek Awards.
