LIMBO
A boy worried about his sister's fate enters LIMBO
LIMBO is a puzzle-platformer developed by Playdead that came to PC in 2011. Uncertain of his sister's fate, a boy enters LIMBO, a dark and eerie world.
The game is told in black-and-white silhouettes, with almost no music, only ambient sound. Nothing is explained; you discover what is going on yourself.

To move forward you get past traps and solve physics-based puzzles. Trial and error is part of the game: you often understand a danger only after it catches you once.
Short but unforgettable, it is counted among the classics of independent games.
