What is your delulu score?

Hope, fantasy or flat-out delulu? In eight questions we measure your level of optimism. No taking offence at the result.

8 questions · 3 min

"Delulu" is the internet's new word: a way of looking at things that keeps its distance from the facts and is generous with hope. To some it is naivety, to others the art of staying alive.

This quiz looks at how you think in everyday situations: what meaning you load onto a message marked as seen, how many plans you hang on a lottery ticket. The aim is not to judge you — it is to tell you your dose of optimism in a playful way.

What the result gives you

Your score falls into one of four levels: from realist to full delulu. Every result comes with a short, friendly comment. The quiz is purely for entertainment; it is not a psychological assessment and should not be read as one.

You can share your result in the feed and compare it with your friends' scores — let the delulu not be ashamed and the realist not be sad.
