1. Windows: Fixed an issue where the old process's window would not activate when a new process was started after minimizing the app to the system tray (#561).
2. Fixed an issue where the read status of VPN provider notifications could be incorrect.
3. macOS: Added a Launch.command script to the installation package (if the app fails to launch after an auto-update, please double-click this script to run it after dragging the app to the Applications folder).
