This film, written and directed by Metin Erksan, begins with street singer Ali, who lives in a slum with his 2 friends, and the girl he loves decides to get married. But Ali is also loved by the neighbor girl, Belly Dancer Özcan, and a rich widow. The rich widow, who said she would make Ali famous, commits suicide in the arms of her gigolo because of Ali's indifference, and Ali is arrested as the murderer. The girl Ali loves marries the neighborhood butcher due to financial difficulties.
