Why chat on Yudum?

Yudum is one of the internet's long-running chat communities — online continuously since 1998, back when chat rooms were how the web made friends. Today it blends that classic chat-room feel with everything modern: free online chat rooms, group voice rooms, one-to-one video calls, live radio and a social feed — all running in your browser, on any phone or computer, with no app to install.

Unlike anonymous one-shot chat sites, Yudum is a real community: people keep their nicknames for years, build profiles, form groups and come back every day. Moderators keep the rooms clean and friendly around the clock, and our international English-speaking lobby means you'll always find someone to talk to — whether you're in Delhi, Belgrade, Kuala Lumpur or London.

It's completely free, and it stays that way: no premium tiers, no paywalls, no ads inside the chat. Sign up for free and say hi.
