How Do I Join the Chat?

Joining from your browser

Joining the chat takes a browser and nothing else. There is no software to install and no approval to wait for — open the page and you are in.

1. Choose a nickname

Type the name you want in the nickname field. If you already have a registered account, enter your password too and you connect straight to it — with your profile, friends and badges.

2. Press Connect

That is all. You are in the rooms within seconds.

3. Listen to the radio while you chat

You can join the radio room and listen while you talk. The player runs on HTML5, so the stream keeps going while you type.

4. From a phone or tablet

The same steps work on mobile. The interface is built for small screens as well as large ones — Android and iOS both work in the browser.

Security

Every connection is protected with TLS. Chat, radio and voice all travel encrypted.
