Fixed
- A stopped VM disappeared from the list unless its VGA was SPICE-capable (qxl/spice); a stopped VNC-only VM (e.g. vga: virtio) vanished while stopped SPICE VMs stayed visible. Stopped VMs you can power on are now always shown, so the Start button is reachable regardless of VGA type (#37)
