Fırat Çelik

Fırat Çelik was born on March 25, 1981, in the town of Ostfildern in the Stuttgart region of Germany. He returned to Turkey with his family at the age of two and grew up in Tunceli until the age of nine; He has two older sisters and one younger sister. After his childhood years, the family moved to Champigny‑sur‑Marne, near the French capital.

There he studied economics and administrative sciences at Louise Michel Secondary School and then at Langevin Wallon High School. At the age of 19, he went to Paris to support his father and started working in various jobs; During this period, she also worked as a model.

His interest in theater was triggered by performing a monologue from Molière's play "The Miser" at an acting audition. At the suggestion of Raymond Acquaviva, he attended Sudden Theater workshops and received basic stage training there for a year. His professional stage life began in 2006 when he met director Thierry Harcourt; He played the character Fred in the adaptation of Harcourt's "A Clockwork Orange".

A year later, he performed as Kevin in the play "Effets Secondaires" at the Comédie de Paris, and in the same period, he played the leading role in Johann Bertelli's short film "Lignes".

He stepped into the world of cinema in 2009 as a supporting character in Philippe Lioret's movie "Welcome". The film had its world premiere in Berlin and became the opening film of the Istanbul Film Festival in the same year; This caused Çelik to come to Istanbul for the first time. In a short time after returning to Turkey, she took the leading role in the TV series Winter Masalı and made her known to the masses in "What is Fatmagül'ün Crime?" He increased his popularity with his production by Ay Yapım.

Then, he took part in the same producer's detective series "20 Dakika" and in 2014, he starred in Böcek Yapım and Warner Bros. He took part in the movie "8 Seconds", which was shot in partnership with Germany.
