Pana Film is a production company that made its name known with the "Valley of the Wolves" series and was founded by Raci ลaลmaz. In addition to this legendary project, the company, which is also managed by Necati ลaลmaz, has also produced different productions such as "Ekmek Teknesi", "Halil ฤฐbrahim Sofrasฤฑ" and "Nรถbet".
The origins of the company are shaped by Soru's decision to take a break from the industry after projects such as "Valley of the Wolves" and "Bread Boat", which Raci ลaลmaz carried out together with Osman Exam. During this period, Raci ลaลmaz, who took over the productions of Sรถzcรผ's Sinegraf company, charted his own path and founded Pana Film.
Pana Film gained a solid place in the industry in a short time, especially with the popularity created by "Valley of the Wolves". However, most of the other projects that followed this success failed to establish a long-term bond with the audience, and many of them said goodbye to the screens before even watching their first ten episodes.
In 2013, some disagreements between the ลaลmaz brothers led to a significant change in the company. Producer and screenwriter Raci ลaลmaz left the company with his close colleagues Bahadฤฑr รzdener and Cรผneyt Aysan and transferred all his rights to his brother Necati ลaลmaz.
After these separations, it was seen that the TV series "Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu" lost its former power and was canceled after three seasons. Although the company went through a foreclosure process due to the debts incurred by Raci ลaลmaz, it managed to get its assets back by paying a determined amount. In a statement he made later, Raci ลaลmaz announced that he had not seen his brother for a long time, that he had suffered serious financial losses and that he was working on a new series project.
Pana Film established the "Pana Cinema Academy" in 2011 to train talented actors, but this initiative was later terminated. "Pana Writing Group" was established to fill the gap created by the departure of the screenwriters of "Kurtlarเคฆเคพเคฌเคพเคฆ Ambush". In addition, "Pana Distribution" undertakes the company's international activities, while the post-production stages of the projects are managed by the "Pana Post" unit.
