How to log in to e-Nabız and view your test results, prescriptions and reports

When you leave a hospital in Turkey you are told "the results will appear on e-Nabız", yet many people never open that screen. In fact your lab tests, prescriptions, medical reports, radiology images and past examinations are gathered in one place, no matter which hospital performed them.

This guide walks through the Ministry of Health's e-Nabız system: logging in, finding your results, saving them as PDF, and choosing which physicians are allowed to see your records. One point up front: we do not interpret any result here. Only your doctor can evaluate the values on screen; this guide only shows you how to reach them.

1. Open enabiz.gov.tr and pick a login method Go to enabiz.gov.tr in your browser. The login screen offers three routes: fill in the "T.C. Kimlik Numarası Giriniz" and "e-Nabız şifrenizi giriniz" fields and press "Giriş", use the "e-Devlet Üzerinden Giriş" link, or use "e-İmza ile Giriş". If you choose the e-Devlet route you are redirected to turkiye.gov.tr, where you verify your identity with an e-Devlet password, mobile signature, e-signature, Turkish ID card or internet banking. If you have forgotten your e-Nabız password, use the "Şifremi Unuttum" link on the same screen.
2. If this is your first time, create the account and confirm by SMS First-time users must sign in through e-Devlet. On the first page tick the box next to "e-Nabız Sistemi Kullanım Koşullarını okudum" (I have read the terms of use). Then on the "Yeni Kayıt Oluştur" page enter your personal details, choose who may see your health data, and provide your e-mail address and mobile number while setting an e-Nabız password. Type the one-time code sent to your phone into the "Onay Kodu" field to activate the account. If you have no e-Devlet password, apply to your registered family physician, have your mobile number recorded and log in with the code sent by SMS, or obtain a temporary e-Nabız password from them.
3. Get your bearings on the "Sağlık Geçmişim" home page After logging in you land on the "Sağlık Geçmişim" (My Health History) home page. It lists your recent health facility visits, shows appointments booked through MHRS under "Randevum", and lists recent account activity such as last accesses and hospital visits under "Bildirimler". If you cannot find a section in the menu, type a keyword such as "tahlil" (test), "reçete" (prescription) or "rapor" (report) into the search box on the home page; matching menus are listed and clicking one takes you straight there.
4. Open the full record of a single visit from Ziyaretlerim Go to "Ziyaretlerim" (My Visits) in the menu. Your health facility visits are listed with date, hospital tracking number, hospital name and department. Press the "Detay Görüntüle" button under the visit you care about; on one screen you will see the prescription written at that examination, the diagnosis recorded, any report issued, the tests performed and the radiology images taken. If an entry in the list is not yours, report it with the "Bu İşlem Bana Ait Değil" button.
5. List and filter your results under Tahlillerim Open the "Tahlillerim" (My Tests) page from the menu. Every test you have had is listed by date and description together with its reference values. Narrow the list by date range and procedure name, then click a row to open its detail. Values outside the reference range are shown in colour; that is only a flag, not a diagnosis. The chart icon on the same screen plots a value over time and the table button shows the same figures as a table. Discuss what they mean with your physician.
6. Download test results as PDF The "PDF" button on the Tahlillerim screen saves results to your computer. Use it in one of three ways: download all of your test results in a single file, download only the one result you select, or pick a date range and download the tests within it. You can take the file to an appointment, use it for a second opinion, or simply keep it in your own archive. The Epikriz Bilgilerim (discharge summaries), Patoloji Bilgilerim (pathology) and Aşı Takvimi (vaccination schedule) sections offer similar PDF downloads; the vaccination section provides the Electronic Vaccination Card as a PDF.
7. Check medication, optical and medical device prescriptions The "Reçetelerim" tab contains the "İlaç Reçetelerim", "Optik Reçetelerim" and "Tıbbi Cihaz Reçetelerim" menus. On the medication screen every prescription written by a physician appears in date order; "Detay Görüntüle" shows details such as the medicine, how it is taken and how many times, and clicking the barcode number opens the package insert. Before going to the pharmacy, press "Karekod": show the QR code that appears to the pharmacist and your prescription is displayed. Under Optik Reçetelerim, "Detay Görüntüle" opens the prescription as a PDF.
8. Review Raporlarım, Hastalıklarım and the other records The "Raporlarım" tab holds the "Raporlarım" and "Başvurularım" menus. Medication, medical supply and sick-leave reports prepared by your physician are listed under "Raporlarım" and can be shared from there with people you choose. "Başvurularım" shows the number, type, date and status of overseas and off-label medication report applications. Diagnoses recorded for you appear under "Hastalıklarım" by date, diagnosis, clinic and physician, while X-rays, MRI scans and radiology reports are under "Radyolojik Görüntülerim".
9. Choose which physicians may see your data under Ayarlar Open "Ayarlar" (Settings) from the menu. The sharing settings offer five options: no physician may see my data (approval by SMS code or password token required), my family physician may see my data, the physician who examines me may see my data, all physicians at the hospital where I am examined may see my data, and all physicians in the Ministry of Health may see my data. Select the one you want and save. With the most restrictive option, a physician can only view your records when you approve with an SMS code or password token. The same area lets you change your password, and the Profile Edit area has an "İKİ AŞAMALI GİRİŞ" (two-step login) option that sends an SMS code to your phone at every login.
10. Manage shares and audit who accessed your account Use the "Paylaşım" (Sharing) section for person-specific access. The "Sürekli Paylaştıklarım" tab grants continuous access to someone, while "Geçici Paylaştıklarım" creates time-limited shares such as 1 hour, 3 days or 2 months; both can be changed with "Düzenle" or revoked with "Sil" before they expire. The "Benimle Paylaşılanlar" tab shows records others have shared with you. To share a single examination, use the "Paylaş" button inside Ziyaretlerim, enter the other person's e-mail address and mobile number, and grant access for the period you set. Finally, open "Erişim Bilgilerim" to list every profile that accessed your account with date and time; report anything unexpected to Ministry officials.
