Doฤan Bavli was born on April 8, 1941 in the Kanlฤฑca district of Beykoz. He joined the staff of Istanbul City Theaters in the 1960s, and after stepping on the stage, he took part in various roles both on theater stages and in cinema and television series. He also contributed to many productions as a voice actor; In the sports community, he is known as a member of Fenerbahรงe Sports Club with registration number 8010.
The artist's stage career began in 1962 with Shakespeare's play "Hamlet" and continued with Shakespeare's "Coriolanus" in 1964.
