Lundgren, who started to take part in less distinguished productions in the later stages of his career, announced that he would quit cinema in 2002. However, it turned out that the real reason for this decision was the desire to spend more time with his family; He did not completely distance himself from the world of cinema and continued making films.
Hans Lundgren was born to mother Sigrid Birgitta, a teacher, and Johan Lundgren, father engineer-economist Karl Hugo. The young man, who lived in Spรฅnga until the age of 13, has two sisters, Katarina and Annika, and a brother, Johan.
