FC Zlín is a football club based in Zlín, Moravia, playing in the Czech First League. The team's roster has been updated as of October 16, 2021.
The club, which took its first step on the European stage in the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup in the 1970-71 season, advanced one round by winning 2-2 and 2-1 in two matches against Bohemians. However, although they won 2‑1 at home against PSV in the next round, they lost 0‑1 away and were eliminated due to the away goals rule.
Participating in the UEFA Intertoto Cup in the 2004-05 season, Zlín eliminated MYPA and Westerlo teams and won the first match against Atlético Madrid 2-0 away, but lost 4-2 at home and left the tournament with the same rule. A year later, Neman eliminated Grodno in the Intertoto Cup and exited the tournament after a 1-0 home win and a 0-0 away draw against Gent.
In the 2016-17 season, Pohár achieved a significant local success by winning the FAČR cup, and in the 2017-18 season, it was in the same group with FC København, Lokomotiv Moscow and FC Sheriff in the UEFA Europa League and was eliminated as the last of the group with 2 points.
