Born in Skopje, Lรผtfรผ Seyfullah was born in 1923. He spent his childhood years in the lively atmosphere of the Skopje Bazaar and grew up surrounded by theater during this period. Although he graduated from the Naval Petty Officer Vocational School in 1950, he chose theater, which was his childhood dream, and joined the Skopje People's Theater, which was founded the same year.
Seyfullah, who played the leading role in hundreds of theater plays throughout his artistic life of more than forty years, was recognized as a talented actor. He also appeared in other professional theater stages such as Ankara Art Theater and was deemed worthy of the 11 October Award, Macedonia's most prestigious art award.
The artist, who also works as a theater director, left his mark on the cinema of Yugoslavia and Tรผrkiye and took part in many films and TV series.
Lรผtfรผ Seyfullah, who stepped into the world of literature by writing children's theater, later became known for his children's stories and poems. His writings appeared in Turkish publications in Macedonia and Kosovo since 1975. His plays "Three Friends" and "Riddle Game", which he wrote for children, and his play "Kฤฑlฤฑbฤฑk" for adults, were staged at the Skopje People's Theater and received great acclaim.
Seyfullah, who focused on film work after retirement, took part in Feza Film and TGRT productions in recent years. The artist, who passed away in 2005, is among the unforgettable names of Turkish cinema and theatre.
