Mutlu Güney

Mutlu Güney, Turkish actor born in Kayseri on January 1, 1954, is also known for his directorship. Completing his education in Ankara, Güney graduated from Ankara State Conservatory's higher department in 1976. After completing his education, the artist started his theater career.

Güney's theater career began with his work at Bursa State Theater between 1976 and 1983. Later, he worked at Istanbul State Theater between 1983-1984, Adana State Theater between 1984-1990, Izmir State Theater between 1990-1994 and again at Bursa State Theater between 1994-2000. Mutlu Güney, who was a member of the Istanbul State Theater artist staff between 2000 and 2009, retired in 2009. After his retirement, he did more directing work.

As an experience abroad, Mutlu Güney took part in Theater Theater in Berlin as an actor in 1994-1995. The artist is married to Zeliha Güney, who is a married theater artist. He is the brother of Salih Güney, who is also an artist. Mutlu Güney is not limited to theatre, but also works in cinema and television.
