Reha Yeprem

Zühdi Reha Yeprem, born in Istanbul on December 24, 1968, is a versatile artist in the world of theatre, fashion and television. Reha, whose father is academician associate professor Saim Yeprem, stepped onto the dance stage in 1985 and took part in the staging of various plays in the amateur theater group Tiyatrical.

The artist, who started his modeling career at the Aydan Adan & Sema German agency in 1986, entered the world of cinema a year later by being selected as the "King of Cinema" in the cinema competition organized by Hürriyet's Kelebek supplement, and then played the leading role in many films.

While Reha Yeprem was a model for 18 years, she also worked as a catwalk trainer. Together with Uğurkan Erez, he carried out fashion shows and choreography at Meda Moda Organization for five years, and choreographed more than 50 fashion shows. In 1995, he opened the exhibition "Reproduction" at AKM; The artist, who speaks Arabic grammar, intermediate level English and German, also plays classical guitar.

Poetry interpretation is also a part of his artistic life; He released the albums "Stars Are Not the Night", "Happy Birthday Our Lord", "He is Everyone's Prophet" and "The Passenger". He also has two books called "Poisonous Honey" and "Rehabilitation".

In his television career, he presented the "Hello Yenigün" program, where he read the morning news, and the competition program "Yarışma Zamanı" on STV between 1996 and 1999. Between 2000 and 2016, he moderated Ramadan iftar programs on Samanyolu TV; During this period, he served as a stage moderator and poetry interpreter in many cultural events at home and abroad.

Yeprem, who settled in Germany in 2016 due to the influence of the political environment, still continues his amateur painting works.

After the coup attempt on July 15, 2016, Reha Yeprem was on the gray list on the grounds of membership in the FETO/PDY terrorist organization, and a reward of 500,000 TL was promised if she was found or caught. The artist, who is married and the father of two children, still continues his active life with various art projects.
