Semerkand Publishing Group is a company that stepped into the media world with the launch of Semerkand magazine in 1999. The following year, he launched Semerkand รocuk magazine and Radio 15 in 2003. In this process, Samarkand and Hacegan Publishing Houses were established; Mostar magazine was opened in 2005, Semerkand Aile magazine in 2007, Ser Yapฤฑm for the music industry in 2008, and Semerkand TV was opened in 2010 with the transition to television broadcasting. One of its newest publications, Young Reader, was introduced to young readers in October 2013.
The company offers a wide range through various publications. While there are names such as Samerkand, Mavi Fidan, Mostar, Semerkand Aile and Semerkand Genรง Okur in the magazine portfolio, publishing houses such as Semerkand Publications, Hacegan, Kitertma, Haลemi, Fidan, Mostar, Eลik and ลadฤฑrvan operate in the book field. In the music world, Ser Yapฤฑm is the company's only music brand.
Radio 15 started broadcasting in 2003; Cengiz Demir is the editor-in-chief and carries the slogan "To the heart of life". The channel, which received the thematic radio award from the Radio Broadcasters Association in 2006, initially replaced รskรผdar FM in Istanbul on the frequency 101.3 FM and moved to 101.2 FM in 2008.
On May 29, 2012, it changed its name to Samarkand Radio and met with listeners on different frequencies in many provinces of Tรผrkiye with its religious-oriented programs.
Samarkand TV was launched in 2010 and represents the television industry within the group. The company has an important position among Tรผrkiye's multi-media platforms with its activities in the fields of broadcasting, radio, music and television.
