Born in Istanbul on August 14, 1987, Sinem Kobal grew up as the daughter of a family from the Hemşin district of Rize. Kobal, the child of a civil engineer father and a housewife mother, stepped into the artistic life at an early age. Kobal, who started his ballet training at the age of four and continued at Yıldız Alpar Ballet School for eight years and graduated from the Royal Academy, also graduated from İSTEK Foundation Private Acıbadem High School.

Kobal, who was also involved in sports throughout his education, achieved second place and first place in step with his volleyball team during his secondary school years. Nowadays, he is interested in Latin dance and Aikido.

Sinem Kobal, who started her acting career with the TV series "Dadı" when she was only 13 years old, improved her talent in this field with the training she received at Dormen Theatre. Kobal, who also performed at the Uygur Theater for one season, played the character "Ayşe" in the TV series "Hürrem Sultan" in 2003.
