Tolga Karel

Tolga Karel is a versatile artist who was born in Istanbul on October 12, 1978. In addition to acting in TV series, cinema and theater stages, he has also gained experience in different fields such as songwriting, composing and driving. While she is known for her characters in popular productions such as "House of Nightmares: Coming from the Dark", "Leaf Fall" and "Evidence", she also attracted attention by placing second in the "Best Model" competition held in Bulgaria.

Karel, who started his education at the Department of French Political Science and International Relations at Yeditepe University, left this path two years later and headed to the Theater Department of the Paris State Conservatory. Here he studied cinematography and drama, and also specialized in cinema and theater criticism.

Karel, who also stepped into his music career, was the vocalist for the song "Vurula Vurula" in YoncaEvcimik's album "Günaha Davet" in 1998, and in 2005, he wrote and sang the lyrics of the song "Kedi" in Nalan's album "Adresi Biliyorum". He took part in the music world by releasing two albums, "Göçebe" in 2003 and "DaleDonDale" in 2005, and shot music videos for the songs "Göçebe" and "Asparagas" in these albums. Afterwards, he quit his music studies and focused on acting.

In 2014, he took part in the "Survivor Ünlüler" program broadcast on StarTV as a contestant for 102 days and was eliminated on June 9, 2014. He has been a truck driver in the United States since 2016. During his acting career, he played leading or supporting roles in many TV series and films such as "Cin Geçidi", "Code Name: K.O.Z.", "Yaprak Dökümü" and "Kanıt".
