Tülin Tan

Tülin Tan is a Turkish artist who acted in Yeşilçam in the late 1970s and turned to singing after leaving the cinema. He was born in Istanbul in 1953, and died in Istanbul on December 28, 2018, at the age of 65.

Cinema years

He studied at Cağaloğlu High School. She moved into cinema when she won the Photo Novel Beauty contest organized by Saklambaç newspaper in 1975. His short career largely fits into the years 1978-1980; During this period, she starred in many films, most of which were erotic-oriented productions of those years. He took part in the same squads with players such as Aydemir Akbaş, Bülent Kayabaş and Kazım Kartal.

He gained his real recognition with the 1978 movie İyi Aile Çocuk, starring Kemal Sunal. In the same year, she also starred in films such as The Woman Who Goes Wild, Whether You Laugh or Cry, Prostitutes, The Devil Around the Corner and The Woman Who Fell into the Net. His last film was Recipe for Happiness in 1980.

Music and his last years

After leaving the cinema, she started to go on stage, sang in the well-known casinos of the period and wrote the book "What is Love?" He released a record called.

He spent the last years of his life in the Hospice in Istanbul; He was under care here after suffering a brain hemorrhage and stroke. He died on December 28, 2018 and was buried in Ayazağa Cemetery.
