Daily quests
New quests every day, points, streaks and streak badges; where the quest board is, what counts and what does not.
Every day you get a few small quests: like someone's post, talk to a villager, finish a board game at the coffeehouse. Quests count things you already do on the Highland and on the site; there is nothing extra to set up.
Where do I see my quests?
- Village board: click the board on the square; today's quests and your progress are there. Announcements are on the same board.
- + menu: 📜 Quests under the + button at the bottom right.
- Chat: typing /quests opens the panel too.
- When a quest is done you get a notice on screen; villagers with something for you have a mark above their heads.
New every day
- Every day a few quests are picked for you from the quest pool. Everyone gets different ones, they stay the same all day and renew at midnight.
- You never get two quests of the same kind on the same day.
- On event days, quests for that event are added next to the daily ones.
Points, streaks and badges
- Each finished quest earns event points. Finish all of the day's quests and you get bonus points on top.
- Finish the day's quests on consecutive days and your streak grows; skip a day and it starts over.
- A 7-day streak and a 30-day streak each earn a badge; the 30-day badge also unlocks a new title.
What counts and what does not?
- Doing the same thing to the same person or post twice does not count again: two likes to the same person count as one.
- Things you do to your own posts do not count.
- Brand-new accounts make progress on their first day but do not get rewards.
