Emre Canpolat

Emre Canpolat was born in Istanbul on September 22, 1981 and is known as an active actor in theatre, cinema, TV series and advertising sectors. He started his stage life at Mersin Community Center Theater in 1996, and contributed to the founding process of Isparta Municipal Theater while attending Süleyman Demirel University Public Administration Department during his university years. During this period, he both performed as an actor and served as stage manager in various plays.

Canpolat, who joined the BASAD theater group in 2005, also took part and performed stage management there. A year later, he joined the BKM Mutfak team and served as both an actor and stage manager in the popular entertainment program "Very Beautiful Movements These", reaching a wide audience. His detention during the May 1 demonstrations in 2014 was also covered in the media.

Continuing his acting career with cinema and television projects, Canpolat played the character of Tankut in the movie "Cennet Mahallesi" in 2004 and took part in the "Türkü Movie" in the same year. In 2006, he performed in productions such as "Bir Demet Tiyatro", "Love Written on Stone" (Berat Yılmaz) and "Yanılgılar" (Can).

In 2008, he worked as Süleyman in "Girdap" and in the program team in "Very Beautiful Movements These".
