Fatma Murat

Fatma Murat was born in Ankara in 1949 and took her first step on the stage with Erkan Yücel at the Ankara Public Theatre. He moved to Istanbul in 1985 and joined the theater group founded by Levent Kırca and Oya Başar, and then took part in the television series "Olacak O Kadar" for many years; He has also directed many TV series and films such as "Türkmen Wedding" and "Genco".

The artist's health condition, who was treated for pancreatic cancer for ten months, could not improve and he died at Akdeniz Hospital in Antalya on May 29, 2011. His funeral was removed from Antalya Uncalı Cemetery Mosque after the noon prayer on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 and sent off to his final journey.

During his acting career, he took part in projects such as the video film "Mavi Muammer" in 1985, "Mavi Muammer 3 / Ölürsün Gülkten" in 1986, "Olacak O Kadar" (TV series) in 1988 and "Türkmen Wedding" (TV series) in 1989; She has also appeared in productions such as "Woman of the Year" (1989), "The End" (2001), "Where is the Devil in This" (2002), "Let Yourself Go" (TV series, 2004).

While she appeared on the screens in 2006 with works such as "Aşk Ferman Dinlemez", "Anamas" (Mother role) and "Memleket Hikâyeleri - Karahisar Kalesi" (TV movie), in the same year, she also performed in the projects "Memleket Hikâyeleri - Bitlis'te Beş Minare" (TV movie and series) and "Genco" (TV series, Mualla role).
