Gökçe Özyol

Gökçe Özyol was born on September 15, 1972 in Istanbul. The artist, who belongs to a family originating from Bursa, discovered his interest in painting and drawing at a young age, following in the footsteps of his father, who was a civil engineer. To develop this talent, he studied at Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cartoon Animation.

After his graduation, he worked as a promotions director at Best FM and was also a member of the technical team at the Istanbul Royal Theatre.

He decided to start his acting career at a relatively late age, when he was thirty-two. He appeared in front of the camera for the first time with the character of Sabutay, whom he played in the TV series Iki Aile, which was broadcast in 2006 upon the offer of Fethi Kantarcı. Then, he became widely known for his role as Barış Apaydın in the TV series Yahşi Cazibe.

The actor, who also took part in productions such as Alemin Kıralı and Ali Ayşe'yi Seviyor, gradually increased his experience by giving life to different characters.

In her personal life, the artist married Gökçe Aytaç in 2011, and this marriage ended in divorce in 2013. The reason for the divorce was that Gökçe Özyol used physical violence against her husband. In his relationship life, which came to the fore after this incident, he is in a relationship with Dilek Serbest, with whom he has been together for a while.

Gökçe Özyol's acting career was not limited to television. He also took part in many productions on cinema screens. He created unforgettable characters in films such as Breath: Vatan Sağolsun, The Pigeon Flies and Romantik Komedi 2. In 2016, as a voice actor, he played the character Rıfkı in the cartoon Bad Kedi Şerafettin. In recent years, he continues to appear in TV series such as Lone Wolf, Bad Blood and A Mother's Sin.
