Kazım Sinan Demirer is a Turkish theater, television and cinema actor who was born on March 27, 1972 in Şarkışla district of Sivas. He has been working at Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters for many years; He is known for his one-man play Dost, about Âşık Veysel, and recently for his role as Muzaffer in the TV series Uzak Şehir.
He completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara. In 1993, he entered the theater department of Bilkent University Faculty of Performing Arts and graduated in 1998. He started his career at Ankara Art Theater and Diyarbakır and Ankara State Theatres. He moved to Eskişehir City Theaters in 2001 and continued his career on this stage.

Dost, which he designed together with Tulga Serim, was recorded as the first play that brought the life of Âşık Veysel Şatıroğlu to the stage. Demirer played the poet alone in this play and was selected as the best actor at the 35th İsmet Küntay Theater Awards. The play remained in the repertoire for many years.
He also used theater as a social tool off stage. In his work titled Freedom Project, he gave theater training to approximately 40 convicts in open prisons and staged six plays with them; Yaşar Neither Yaşar nor Yaşar was one of these plays.
Television
He attracted attention on television with his roles as Ragıp in Eski Hikâye and Abbas in Reasyon. In 2022–2023, he played İhsan Bozkır in Town Doctor. In Far City, which started in 2024, he took on the character of Muzaffer Sancak, who is affiliated with the Albora family and guides Cihan.
Demirer is among the actors who combined his long-term career in a local city theater with television.
