Deniz Yorulmazer

Deniz Yorulmazer is a Turkish television series director. He has directed both television and digital platform productions such as Ufak Tefek Murders, Bay Wrong, Love 101 and As the Bird Flights.

He entered the industry as an assistant director in the TV series Arka Sıradakiler, which started in 2009. He also appeared in front of the camera in the same series and played the character Özgür for two seasons. Afterwards, he worked as the second director on the sets of TV series such as Uçurum, 20 Dakika, Medcezir, Kördükum and Dayan Yüreğim.

As a director, he often worked with another director. Kördüküm (2016), Ufak Tefek Cinayetler (2017) and Zengin ve Poor (2019) are among the productions of this period. In 2020, he took part in the management of Aşk 101, which was shot for digital broadcast with Mr. False. In 2022, he directed As Bird Flight and Darmaduman for Netflix.

In 2024, he directed Love Marriage Divorce, adapted from a Korean TV series. The series was taken off the air in a short time. Yorulmazer is one of the examples of the generation that grew up in the Turkish TV series industry, with his career starting from assistant director to director.
