Osman Albayrak is a Turkish soldier, lawyer and politician. He was a member of the Republic Senate from Kรผtahya between 1973 and 1979, and served as minister of state for a short time in 1977. He was born in Simav district of Kรผtahya in 1927, and died on August 3, 2004.

He graduated from the Military Academy and became an officer, then graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law. After studying law, he worked as a freelance lawyer.

He entered the Senate of the Republic as a member of Kรผtahya on October 14, 1973 and completed his six-year term in 1979. During his senatorship, he served as minister of state in the 39th government known as the First Nationalist Front; This duty lasted until the end of the government on 21 June 1977.
