Semicenk, real name Cenk Baş, was born on October 7, 1998 in Boyabat district of Sinop. His mother is from Adana and his father is from Ordu. The artist, who became interested in music at a young age, attracted attention by being selected for Hadise's team in the O Ses Türkiye competition broadcast on TV8 in 2019.
Semicenk, who made his debut with songs such as "Yüzü Tanıdık Tanıdım" and "Kalbim Usandı", reached large audiences with his single "Düşer Aklıma" in December 2021.
