Ali Yılmaz is a Turkish religious official and politician who was born in 1937 in Yayladağı district of Hatay and died on February 5, 1995. He was elected as Hatay MP from the Justice Party for three consecutive terms.

After finishing secondary school, he worked in the religious organization. He first served as a preacher and then served as mufti in Yayladağı, Feke, Pazarcık and İskenderun.
Member of Parliament
In the 1969 elections, he entered the Parliament as a Hatay MP from the Justice Party list. He was re-elected in the 1973 and 1977 elections and represented Hatay in the 14th, 15th and 16th terms of the Turkish Grand National Assembly; These periods correspond to the 3rd, 4th and 5th terms of the National Assembly in the bicameral structure of those years.
In the 15th term, he served as administrative chief in the Presidential Council of the National Assembly. He served as a Member of Parliament until the Parliament was closed down by the military coup in 1980.
