Gökçe Kırgız Durukan is an artist who was born on April 6, 1989 in Istanbul. Kirgiz, who is also a songwriter and composer as well as a singer, graduated from Beykent University, Department of International Relations, before starting his musical journey. With the desire to follow his passion for music and study at the conservatory, he completed his master's degree in Turkish Music at Haliç University Conservatory.

During this period, he prepared a thesis titled "The Reflection of Copyrights in the Turkish Music Environment on Digital Music". The artist often states that his interest in music started with the influence of Harun Kolçak and that he was inspired by him.
