Kerem Atabeyoğlu

Kerem Atabeyoğlu was born on February 9, 1968 in Istanbul. After graduating from Beşiktaş Atatürk Anatolian High School, he continued his education at Istanbul University Faculty of Communication. The artist, who also studied at Istanbul University State Conservatory Theater Department during the same period, took his first step on the stage in these years.

Atabeyoğlu, who started his career at Kent Actors, took part in many plays in important companies such as Dormen Theater and Tiyatrokare. In addition to his theater work, he also took part in cinema, TV series and commercials. The actor, who also has a wide field of work as a voice actor, also wrote the compilation book 40 Years of Dormen Theater from 1955 to 1995.

Atabeyoğlu, who also attracted attention with the awards he received throughout his artistic life, was deemed worthy of the "Most Successful Theater Actor of the Year" award by the Magazine Journalists Association in 1994. In 2004, he was honored with the "Most Successful Supporting Comedy Male" award at the Selim Naşit Özcan Theater Awards.

The artist, who has been married twice in his private life, has a daughter named Doğa from his first marriage. Atabeyoğlu, who married actress Almıla Uluer in 2011, had a son named Altan from this marriage.

Atabeyoğlu, who is active in the field of theater as both an actor and director, took part in and directed important productions such as Ray Cooney's Karmakarışık and Haldun Dormen's Ashes Intervention. The artist, who has performed in Theaterkare, Dormen Theater and various theater companies for many years, has recently continued his work in groups such as Mecburi İstikamet and Arena Oyunları.
