Hiroshi Noguchi (born February 25, 1972, Sakai, Ibaraki) is a Japanese former football player. He is a defender who spent most of his professional career with the Kyoto Purple Sanga jersey.
After completing his high school education in his hometown Sakai, he played for Komazawa University team between 1990-1993. He joined Kyoto Purple Sanga in 1994 and became a regular player in the team from his first season onwards. In his nine seasons at the club, he made 228 league appearances and scored 27 goals; He was in the squad when the team won the Emperor's Cup in 2002.
In 2003, he transferred to Omiya Ardija, where he scored one goal in 24 league appearances and retired at the end of the same season.
He finished his career with a total of 252 league matches and 28 goals.
