How to Get Your Entry-Exit Records (Travel History) from e-Devlet
Check your Turkish border entry and exit records on e-Devlet in a few minutes and create a barcoded document for any period, without visiting a police office.

For a visa application, residence permit, military service or tax matter, some institutions ask for an entry-exit document (yurda giriş-çıkış belgesi) showing when you left and entered Turkey. You can get it free of charge and with a verification barcode through the e-Devlet service of the General Directorate of Security (Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü), without going to a police office.
The service lists the entries and exits recorded in your name for the date range you choose and turns them into a barcoded document. e-Devlet shows records from 2009 onwards; for earlier periods or applications on someone else's behalf, you need to apply to the police in person.

🧰 What you need
- A way to log in to e-Devlet: e-Devlet password, mobile signature, e-signature, Turkish ID card or internet banking
- The start and end dates of the period you need records for
- A computer or phone with an internet connection
- A PDF viewer to open the document
- A printer if the institution wants a paper copy
Steps
- Open e-Devlet by typing the address yourselfType turkiye.gov.tr into your browser's address bar; do not click links from emails, messages or search engines. Use the Giriş Yap (Log In) link at the top of the page and verify your identity with an e-Devlet password, mobile signature, e-signature, Turkish ID card or internet banking. On the login page, check that the address is giris.turkiye.gov.tr and the secure connection padlock is shown.
- Search for the serviceType "Yurda Giriş" into the search box at the top of the page. In the results, open "Yurda Giriş/Çıkış Belge Sorgulama" (Entry/Exit Document Query) under the General Directorate of Security (Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü). You can also go straight to turkiye.gov.tr/emniyet-yurda-giriscikis-belge-sorgulama.
- Accept the information and consent formThe service first shows an information and consent form. Read it and confirm to move on to the next screen. You cannot reach the query screen without confirming.
- Choose a date rangeEnter the period you want to see in the start date and end date fields and run the query. If an institution has asked for the document, choose a range that covers the whole period it asked about. If no entries or exits are recorded in your name for that range, a warning says so; check the dates and try again.
- Check the listIf records exist, the "Yurda Giriş/Çıkış Listesi" (entry/exit list) screen shows every entry and exit in the period you chose. Compare the dates and border gates with what you remember. If a record is missing or wrong, you need to apply to the police for a correction before taking the document.
- Choose the institution and create the barcoded documentOn the same screen, select the institution the document will be given to. Then press the "Barkodlu Belge Oluştur" (Create Barcoded Document) button. The document is prepared with the records in your chosen range and a barcode number.
- Download the documentThe document view screen shows your barcoded entry/exit document. Save it as a PDF with the "Dosyayı İndir" (Download File) link. If you need a printout, do not use the browser's print command; download the file first, then open the PDF and print from there.
- Hand it to the institutionYou can submit the document on paper or electronically. If you have no printer, giving the institution the barcode number on the document and your Turkish ID number is enough. With these, the institution can get a copy through the "Yurda Giriş/Çıkış Belge Doğrulama" (Entry/Exit Document Verification) service and check that it is valid.
- Verify a document if neededTo check whether a document given to you is genuine, open turkiye.gov.tr/belge-dogrulama and enter the barcode number and the holder's Turkish ID number. You can also see the original by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the document with the e-Devlet Barkodlu Belge Doğrulama (barcoded document verification) app. You do not need this step for your own document.
