Board games, Community layout and security update

Our biggest update yet: board games on both the site and in chat, a new Community layout, the Fun bot and a top-to-bottom security overhaul.

✨ Added

• Five board games: 101 Okey, Backgammon, Checkers, Mangala and Pişti can now be played both on the site and on the chat screen. Get matched fast with "Find opponent" or set up your own table and invite your friends; follow a game in progress as a spectator.
• Rankings: weekly, monthly and all-time rankings for every game; you can see your own place too.
• Voice chat at the table: if you open a table as "voice", a private voice room is set up just for that table's players and closes automatically when the game ends. If you're in another voice room, you're asked before your conversation is cut off.
• Message your partner: in partner games (101 Okey), you can send messages only your partner will see. Spectators don't see the table chat.
• Community layout (beta): in the chat, channels sorted into categories on the left, online members on the right and a voice connection panel at the bottom. Games and Discover are inside this view too. To turn it on: Settings › Appearance › Layout › Community.
• Fun bot: jokes, pranks, daily horoscopes, fortunes and riddles in #sohbet; dozens of commands like !sev, !tokat and !sarıl that come up with a different line every time. It can bring the site's polls, quizzes and duels into the channel, greets you differently depending on your badge, and you earn points and ranks as you chat. Type !eglence in the channel to see the commands.
• YudumHELP: in the #yardim channel, type your problem in plain words and get an answer and the right link from the help pages.

🛠 Fixed

• Action messages written with /me in chat showed up broken as "ACTION"; they now display properly.
• When you asked the services for help (e.g. /hs help), an empty private window opened; the reply now arrives in that service's private tab, and you can continue from there.
• In games: some moves weren't accepted in Pişti and Mangala; entering a hit checker and bearing off in Backgammon, and the rules for laying down and adding to sets in 101, have been fixed.
• The "How to play" links on game pages now go to the right guide.

⚡ Improved

• Security: the site and chat have been audited from top to bottom and the holes found have been closed. Ways to trigger actions on someone else's screen with a malicious message, link or username have been shut down; an extra layer of protection has been added on the browser side.
• Account security: repeated wrong password attempts are slowed down on the password change, email change and account deletion screens; signing up with Google has been made more secure.
• User and channel names: the characters < > " ' can no longer be used. Classic IRC characters (^ _ | - [ ] { }), Turkish letters and emoji are allowed.
• The game screen scales to your screen size; on wide screens the board is bigger, and on small screens it fits without scrolling.
