Yudum's biggest update is live: the version number is now 4.0. Our chat has a place of its own — Yudum World. The site has been redesigned from top to bottom too. First the highlights, then everything that is new.
🌟 Highlights
- 🏔 Yudum World. The highland, the square, the villagers and a hearth that burns on words. You walk the map and step through doors; what you say appears in a bubble above your head and goes to the chat. It is not a separate game: you are in the same room as people writing from the webchat, talking to the same people.
- 🧍 Your own character. Dede Korkut greets you on your first visit; you make your character by picking your look, your tribe and your path.
- ⚔️ Raids. The Cyclops, the Bug Queen, Karakoncolos, Al Karısı, Shahmaran and Börü Ata come to the village; everyone stands together and earns points and rewards.
- 📜 Daily quests. A few quests just for you every day: like a post, talk to a villager, finish a game at the coffeehouse. Bonus points for finishing them all, and badges for 7- and 30-day streaks.
- 🎨 A new design. From the home page to profiles, from the feed to the help centre, the whole site has a new look.

- The square, houses and places: the radio hut, the Village Coffeehouse and its table games, the Contest Tent, the neighbourhood with group houses, the Inn, the Cinema and the TV House, the reading corner.
- Dede Korkut's Book: the village's tales and legends; the names of those who add words to the hearth are written in the book too.
- 🧩 Weekly puzzles: three grid puzzles every week — Easy, Medium and Hard; solve and check them in your browser and grow your weekly streak.
- Yudum World guide: illustrated guide pages — getting started, your character, the villagers, places, raids, creatures and quests. The help centre has a new World section as well.
⚡ Improved
- Rooms: we now say "room" everywhere in the chat; help pages and the rules have been rewritten for the new layout.
- Chat and the world are for members: all you need to come in is a free account; signing up takes a minute, and you can use your Google account too.
- Profile page: friends, follows, groups, posts and badges in a new side-by-side layout.
- Webchat connection: when the connection needs refreshing, the webchat retries on its own; messages go out in order and in full.
- Security: when you sign out, your session is closed on our side too; the old session can never be used again. Sharing phone numbers in the chat is blocked, even when the number is typed in pieces.
