August 13, 2026 update

✨ Added

• Registration policy management. The following can now be set from the admin panel: whether new member registration is open or closed, whether email confirmation is required or registration is open to all, who can register channels (everyone / server staff only / nobody) and whether registering a channel requires having privileges in it. None of these rules could be changed before.
• Registration expiry times are now adjustable. How many days before unused nicks expire, which days reminder emails go out, and how long registrations without email confirmation wait are all set from the panel. Setting a time to zero turns off that check completely.
• Today's schedule in the cinema channel widget. Showings are listed with their times, each in its own color, the next showing is highlighted, and you can click the movie that's playing to go to it.
• A maintenance mode button has been added to the admin panel — you can put the site into maintenance and bring it back with one click.
• In the game lobby, the rankings and statistics sections now say which game they belong to. Before, they didn't, and they were mistaken for an average of all games.

🗑 Removed

• The ad space in the sidebar. When an ad loaded, it messed up the order and size of the widgets next to it. Ads now only appear between sections, as full-width strips.
• Two settings buttons that did nothing have been removed from the admin panel. Turning them on or off didn't change anything, and they showed the wrong state too.

🛠 Fixed

• Leftover records after deleting an account. When an account was deleted, or expired from long inactivity, the channels and groups that person had created stayed behind, leaving channels without owners. Now everything tied to the account is removed with it: channels and groups they created, their privileges in other channels, their badges and their broadcast records. Comments aren't deleted — to keep conversations intact, the personal link is removed and the comments stay.
• Ads always appeared in the same spot. Automatic ads couldn't be placed on the rest of the page; the block has been removed.
• A duplicate inside the ad code has been removed — it was disrupting ad loading.
• Sidebar widgets weren't picking up the site colors. That's why they looked faded and shapeless; fixed.
• Fixed the title being unreadable and sections shifting to the wrong place on the game page.
• Unnecessary whitespace in the page source has been cleaned up — pages download a little faster.
